As of the week of March 9th 2015 the most attractive neighborhoods in the Portland area are on the East Side, close to 82nd Avenue.
Since this area traditionally has had lower home values in the past, buyers are turning their attention here to escape the more expensive downtown area.
Wave of Buyers Expected To Continue
Thankfully the wave of buyers which has hit Portland over the last 12 months is expected to continue as many area businesses, including Nike, are expanding, and this has also drawn buyers from other states to relocate to Portland.
